Good question. I am going to be at the Mazda Zoom-Zoom event for sure that weekend. And my brother Davey may be coming to town the same couple of days. So would guess Saturday around 12:00 for a couple of hours. Possibly with three total boys in tow.

Maybe the whole time? But I plan to attend the BoneBash concerts at LaGrave field too, So you should too. And yell really loud for the band "Back in Black" www.backinblack.info, the last bone bash was free, so that should fit any budget.

PAST: GM Autoshow in motion (9/15/05 - 9/18/05)

WHAT:
A chance to test drive most cars and trucks GM sells, AND also drive the competitve models that GM thinks you may also want to buy. You will ahve a chance to drive, a Corvette, H2, and possibly a SSR and GTO.

It is not "performance oriented" per se. But you do get to drive a lot of nice cars. (and some GM ones too)
